Data processed when visiting the website (server logs)

When you access our website, your browser automatically transmits information to our hosting provider's server, which is temporarily stored in log files. This includes: anonymised IP address, date and time of access, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL and transferred data volume.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Processing is necessary for the provision of the website, for IT security and for error analysis. This data is not merged with other data sources.

Hosting

This website is hosted by a provider with server locations inside the European Union. The host processes personal data exclusively on our behalf, on the basis of a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR.

Contact

When you contact us via the contact form, email or phone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, company, email address, phone number, message) exclusively to handle your inquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient handling). We retain this data only as long as required to process your request and any follow-up correspondence, and at most in accordance with statutory retention periods.

Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary cookies or local storage where required for operation (e.g. language preference, cookie-banner status). Storage is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR and § 165 (3) TKG 2021.

Optional cookies (e.g. analytics, marketing) – where enabled – are only set after your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Web analytics

Where this website uses web analytics tools, this is done in a privacy-friendly manner and – where required – only with your explicit consent. If we introduce analytics tools in the future, we will transparently inform you about the respective providers, processing purposes and legal bases.

Recipients and processors

We do not pass on your personal data to third parties except where required to perform a contract, mandated by law or where you have explicitly consented. Processors include in particular our hosting provider and, where applicable, email delivery services. Agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place with all processors.

Data transfers to third countries

Transfers of your personal data to countries outside the EEA only take place where permitted on the basis of appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU standard contractual clauses, adequacy decision).

Storage duration

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of processing or as required by statutory retention obligations (e.g. § 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code – seven years for business-relevant data).

Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy to adapt it to changes in the legal framework or to changes in our services. The current version is always available on this page.
